Achieve higher confidence in your data
Learn how scientists are using TROVO to design custom experiments and workflows for their research applications.
Cell therapy discovery
With customized microwell geometry, you can screen up to 24,000 CAR-T constructs per run, while promoting natural, nonrestrictive movement of cells for monitoring cell behavior in culture. With TROVO, you can tune the number of cells per well and lengthen the culture time to monitor cell behavior for increased signal to noise. With longer culture times, you can observe more cycles of cell behavior, mirror in vivo-like conditions, and provide more meaningfully, biologically relevant statistics than single cell, single cycle events.
Rare cell isolation
With TROVO’s free form mode, you can identify, isolate, culture, and purify rare cells with no sample loss. Once desired rare cells are identified, you can easily isolate them by creating a hydrogel fence (or border) around these cells. The hydrogel fences insulate rare cells from other cells and can serve as mini-culture wells for additional culturing and purification. Purified viable cells can be captured and processed for genomic and proteomic analyses.
Cell line development
Typical cell line development can take 3 months or more with several complicated steps before selecting the top clones. With TROVO, you can generate robust cell lines in ~20 days with minimal hands-on time. Cells can be cultured under non-stringent timepoints for intervention procedures while maintaining excellent purity.
Sample processing for enrichment for single-cell genomics and transcriptomics
Increase your signal to noise through enrichment and isolation of viable cells for downstream single-cell analyses. Cells can be captured based on multiple visual parameters including size, shape, and fluorescent signal. Sample processing using visual-based filtration can be completed very quickly with a robust workflow requiring very little tissue-specific optimization.
