Step 1

You grow 1-3 cell types prior
to our arrival

Step 2

We set TROVO up in your lab
(2 hours)

Step 3

You print microwells on the floor of a standard 6 well plate at the touch of a button (45 mins)

Step 4

You pipette your cells into the 6 wells and, if adherent, allow them to attach to the plate

Step 5

You load your plate into TROVO for imaging at multiple time points for up to 7 days

Step 6

Between imaging sessions, your plate lives in your incubator

Step 7

Using our advanced image analysis tools (or yours) you choose microwells with the best cell behavior

Step 8

TROVO captures your chosen microcultures as a pool for sequencing, proliferation, or additional sorting (they are still live!)
