Unique Benefits of the TROVO system
Virtually any culture condition including co-culture (for example, T cells and tumor cells) for up to 36,000 conditions. Each indexed well can be imaged at desired timepoints, including at initial seeding to provide visual confirmation of single-cell clones.
The TROVO culture system is microfluidics free, low-pressure, and can be operated at 4°C, ensuring low physical/environmental stress and high viability. These gentle conditions make the TROVO system appropriate for rare cells, precious samples, and applications where sensitive recovery is essential (such as transcriptomics and cell therapy).
